For many fans, it is a generally agreed upon that Quicksilver’s brief time in X-Men: Days of Future Past was the highlight of the movie. He stole the film in a single scene and Hugh Jackman couldn’t compete.

Last month, director Bryan Singer confirmed that there would be another slow-motion Quicksilver scene in X-Men Apocalypse. Which left fans wondering, is Quicksilver going top himself in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse? Well Evan Peters who plays Quicksilver, thinks so.

In a recent interview with MTV Peters talked about the plans for the upcoming film:

"This year we’re working on something that’s bigger and better, keeping the same elements that worked, then adding a few new ones. I’m really excited to see it all cut together, and I’m excited for people to see it, too. I think it’s going to be a really fun sequence in what is going to be a massive X-Men movie.”

X-Men: Apocalypse debuts in theaters on May 27, 2016.
