Last week, Warner Bros. confirmed that Jesse Eisenberg had joined the cast of Batman vs. Superman. The Oscar-nominated actor will play the coveted role of Lex Luthor, Superman's archrival. Eisenberg has big shoes to fill following in the footsteps of Gene Hackman, Kevin Spacey and on a smaller scale, Michael Rosenbaum and John Shea.
Over at Total Film, they discovered an interview from last Oct., where Eisenberg briefly discussed the Man of Steel sequel. He was joined by actor-director Richard Ayoade to promote their film The Double. Towards the end of the video, the reporter asked them their thoughts on Batman vs. Superman.
Either Eisenberg wasn't involved with the film yet, or he's a really great actor. For the most part, he played it coy and jokingly avoided the question. Does that mean he had something to hide? You tell us. Check out Eisenberg and Ayoade's response below.
