Besides that sneak peek released during last night’s MTV Awards, some new promo art for Spider-Man: Homecoming has made its merry way online, along with a new TV spot.

Besides that sneak peek released during last night’s MTV Awards, some new promo art for Spider-Man: Homecoming has made its merry way online, along with a new TV spot.

While there’s nothing too spoilery or revealing about this latest batch of Spidey promo images (so fear not about digging into the gallery below), they offer a fresh look at our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man in both his classic Spidey suit (thanks to Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark, who also strikes a pose as Iron Man) and in his homemade outfit. Which — by the way — you can own as a very cool sixth scale Hot Toy collectible! (Shut up and take my money! But I digress...)

As for the TV spot, titled “Local Hero,” there are snippets of new footage, including a funny scene where there’s an unfortunate costume malfunction. No. Not THAT kind of malfunction. Check it out!

Here's the official synopsis:

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will spin a web in theaters on July 7.
