Ever since the beloved character Harley Quinn's character first debuted in Batman: The Animated Series, which lead to her cross over into the DC Comics, Harley Quinn has had several different looks throughout the years, so it's a good thing that her live-action debut in Suicide Squad, won't honor just one suit, but the whole wardrobe.
According to Latino Review's El Mayimbe, fans will get to see a number of these costumes throughout the movie. And the movie won’t just juggle her recent costume shifts. It's taking the homage way back, with her classic Batman: The Animated series suit, along prison attire, and a dress, which could possibly be a send-up to her Batman: Arkham Asylum uniform.
Latino Review also reports, that Harley’s pet hyenas from the comic books will also make a short appearance in the film.
While many details on the live action Harley Quinn and Suicide Squad are still under wraps, it’s beginning to to look like director David Ayer and Warner Bros. are making efforts to honor the classic source material.
Here's what El Mayimbe had to say on his Instagram page.
