Before Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron hits cinemas in May, Marvel Entertainment has tweeted out the brand new TV spot that debuted during March Madness.

There's quite a lots of new footage to enjoy. It begins with some fresh footage of Maria Hill chatting with Iron Man and Captain America. And Tony Stark is explaining to Maria Hill that he his the money and Steve Rogers is the head of operations in their new post-S.H.I.E.L.D. arrangement.

Fans of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. already knew Maria Hill was settling in well working for Stark, and now we have an inkling of how the private version of the Avengers is working out.

Check it out in the video below.

As you can see in the trailer they have planet groundwork for Civil War. Starting with how Tony Stark sarcastically points out to Agent Maria Hill that Steve Rogers is in charge, saying that he only gives people better suits (as seen in the moments above) and makes everyone look cool. Cap doesn't look too impressed.

Also worth noting, it seems Captain America's got a new magnetic shield. It looks like he's got a nice suit upgrade that allows him to do a nice impression of what Thor does with his hammer. Some gadgets light up on his forearm and his unbreakable shield flies right up and attaches.

The trailer also features Black Widow looking to the Hulk or Bruce Banner and saying, "Hey, big guy." Why is this important you may ask? Because we keep getting more and more into the possibly romantic relationship between Bruce and Natasha. Which has been hinted for a while now.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron arrives in theaters May 1, 2015.
