Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2’s cast of classic characters keeps growing by the week, with yet another fan-favorite villain rumored to enter the sequel. Warning Posssible Spoilers Ahead!
While it’s still unconfirmed, according to a source close to the production of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, Krang will be making his live-action debut in TMNT 2.
This source said that, several extras were spotted on the films set for a scene where the alien overlord would make his grand entrance via a portal of some sort. The source didn’t see anyone looking like Krang on set, which might make you think that the Krang will most likely come via computer generated imaging.
It's yet to be confirmed outside of the mentioned source, but given what we know so far, of TMNT 2 and the rumors, we don't see why not to trust this intel.
Though they were taken down from the web, concept art of the Krang bot, as well as Bebop and Rocksteady, revealed what the Krang would've looked like in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. And it's already been announced that Bebop and Rocksteady will be featured in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. So their inclusion only adds more fuel to rumors that we'll be seeing the Krang.
If this is all true Krang now joins Casey Jones, Bebop, and Rocksteady in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 hits theaters in June 2016.
