A few days ago, Netflix ordered a second season of Marvel's Daredevil and star Charlie Cox already has a wishlist for characters he'd like to see appear in it.

Charlie Cox doesn't know what's in store for Matt Murdock in the next season yet, due to the fact that the season 2 announcement is still very fresh, but he does know who he would like to drop in.

In a recent interview, Marvel's Daredevil and star Charlie Cox expressed his hopes for the recently announced second season of the hit Netflix series.

“Based on the show we’ve created, which is very grounded in reality, I’d like to see Punisher maybe show up, a little bit of Elektra maybe," Cox said during the latest Empire Podcast

"I wouldn’t mind Black Widow making an appearance, and you can’t think about Daredevil for too long without thinking of Bullseye. I don’t know when or if or how that would happen, but it’d be cool if it did."

Cox during his interview with Empire Podcast, he also chimed in on the timeline of when he thinks Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Defenders will be released.

“We’ll begin shooting in the second half of the year,” Cox continued.

“It’ll be the same timeline as the last show, so season two will come out about this time next year. Again, I’m imagining all this, but they’ll probably do Iron Fist or Luke Cage at the same time, followed by the other one [of the two] in the first half of 2016 and then maybe Defenders in the second half of 2016 or the beginning of 2017.”

He also told in a interview with IGN that he would be happy getting to bring Daredevil in for a cameo in Captain America: Civil War, but admitted that he may have already missed that opportunity.

“Well he’s in the comics, but I think they’re already… I think I might have missed that boat... So unless someone watches the show and falls so madly in love with it that they decide to get me in for a day, that would be great, but I have no idea.”

Captain America: Civil War opens in Theaters May 6, 2016.
